PARAT Solutions GmbH, a renowned manufacturer of high-quality tool cases and professional storage solutions, announces a change in its management team. Following the departure of Christian Wimmer, Benedikt Lüthi, Matthias Lenz, and Christian Weiß will now lead the traditional company, focusing on sustainable growth and strengthening the brand’s presence across Europe.

Benedikt Lüthi brings extensive expertise in strategy and management across international markets. After positions at Roland Berger, serving as CEO of various mid-sized companies, and most recently as CEO EMEA of the YouGov Group, where he oversaw operations in 10 countries, Lüthi took over the leadership of the W.AG Group, the parent company of PARAT. Together with Matthias Lenz and Christian Weiß, he is responsible for the management and strategic direction of PARAT.

Matthias Lenz has been an integral part of PARAT since 2011, gaining valuable experience in various areas of the company – from training to internal and external sales, and up to sales management. In the new management team, he is responsible for the sales of the three core divisions – tool cases, education, and safety – as well as marketing and the Waldkirchen site. Matthias Lenz focuses on driving sustainable growth, increasing PARAT’s visibility as an attractive employer in the region, and further strengthening the brand’s position across Europe.

Christian Weiß began his career at PARAT in 1998, also as an apprentice, and brings extensive experience in project management, product management, and engineering. After professional positions in the industry and leadership roles, he returned to PARAT in 2024. He will be responsible for project/OEM sales, product development, and quality management. Christian Weiß focuses on developing a clearly structured, customer-oriented product portfolio and on strategically expanding relationships with OEM and project clients by offering tailored solutions for diverse customer needs. The new management team shares the motivation to advance the long-established PARAT brand into the future together with its employees.

Success comes when you trust your team and give them the right tools. Only then can everyone reach their full potential,” explains Lenz. Weiß adds: “None of us is as strong as all of us together. True strength only emerges when we collaborate and pool our knowledge.” With this strong team at the helm, PARAT is well equipped to successfully combine tradition and innovation and to lead the brand sustainably into the future.
