Thermoforming: flexible, light-weight, effective

This production process allows us to create our characteristic shapes, such as the CLASSIC product line, as well as custom shapes in larger quantities to fit your project requirements perfectly.
We at PARAT achieve this by using a specially developed method where we only interchange individual parts of the complex mold for the thermoforming process, instead of changing the complete mold. As a manufacturer that handles the entire manufacturing process, from product development to assembly, we can seamlessly integrate extensive customization options into our processes to meet your needs.
ABS
Durable and versatile
PARAT's ABS synthetic material is highly resistant to impacts and scratches. It can be easily customized to meet your specific requirements and is also rigid, durable, and resistant to oils, greases, and other contaminants. Additionally, it is easy to clean and can be coated for added protection.
X-ABS
Providing extra grip

Con-Pearl®

HDPE
